For many people, owning a horse is simply not possible, so we have the next best option. We are pleased to offer a variety of options for leasing our quality, experienced horses. Leasing enables you to spend quality time learning and riding as well practice the skills you are learning in lessons. We have several options to choose from and may also be able to create custom option if you don't see quite what you are looking for.

**OPTION A - Base Fee - $175 per month, minimum lease period is 3 months.
The base fee includes board, shoeing, and worming. In the quarter-lease, option A program, clients are able to ride their leased horse 1 day per week at a pre-determined day and time. Clients are required to be in weekly lessons which are $40 per hour. Lesson fees are due at the beginning of each month and are non-refundable except in the event of an emergency.
**OPTION B - Base Fee - $225 per month, minimum lease period is 3 months.
The base fee includes board, shoeing, and worming. In the quarter-lease, option B program, clients are able to ride their leased horse 2 days per week at pre-determined days and times. Clients are required to be in weekly lessons which are $40 per hour. Lesson fees are due at the beginning of each month and are non-refundable except in the event of an emergency.
** OPTION C - Base Fee - $300 per month, minimum lease period is 3 months.
The base fee includes board, shoeing, and worming. In the option C program, clients are able to ride their leased horse 3 days per week at pre-determined days and times. Clients are required to be in weekly lessons which are $40 per hour. Lesson fees are due at the beginning of each month and are non-refundable except in the event of an emergency.
**Option A & B - Horses may be utilitzed for some schooling shows with prior arrangement. Any hauling of horses will be done by the leasor or with approval of leasor. Additional fees apply.
**Option C - Horses may be utilized for some schooling shows in the local area, as well as breed shows with prior arrangement. Any hauling of horses will be done by the leasor or with approval of leasor. Additional fees apply.
- Leasees (clients) are also responsible for a portion of the yearly shots (spring and fall) any chiropractic work that may need to be done as well as blanket cleanings. Those charges will be split between leasee and leasor as they are incurred.
- Tack and equipment will be provided by the leasor. Any tack or equipment provided by the leasee must be approved by the leasor or the owner of the horse.
